𝗪̳𝗵̳𝗮̳𝘁̳ ̳𝗱̳𝗼̳ ̳𝘆̳𝗼̳𝘂̳ ̳𝗻̳𝗲̳𝗲̳𝗱̳ ̳𝘁̳𝗼̳ ̳𝗮̳𝗽̳𝗽̳𝗹̳𝘆̳ ̳𝘀̳𝘂̳𝗰̳𝗰̳𝗲̳𝘀̳𝘀̳𝗳̳𝘂̳𝗹̳𝗹̳𝘆̳?🥇 🌟 Conversational English level (minimum B2 level) 🌟 Must reside in LATAM🌎 🌟 Applied AI Architecture: solid experience designing Agentic Workflows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. 🌟 Deep experience with AI-native development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph). 🌟 AI Governance & Risk: Practical knowledge of AI safety, data privacy (GDPR/EU AI Act), and IP protection. 🌟 Strategic Framework Design: Ability to create maturity models or checklists that non-technical board members can use to audit a company’s AI readiness. 🌟 KPI & ROI Benchmarking: Ability to define and measure the success of AI implementations. 🌟 Executive Translation: Ability to present complex technical roadmaps as clear, high-value business outcomes for C-suite and VC stakeholders.
