🎯 What You Will Do

• Design & Implement: Architect backend services and APIs with a focus on long-term maintainability and pragmatic simplicity.
• Data Strategy: Work effectively across both SQL and NoSQL environments, choosing the right data models and storage technologies for specific problems.
• Quality First: Build robust automated testing (unit, integration, e2e), ensuring CI/CD readiness and implementing safe rollout patterns.
• Operational Excellence: Own the full lifecycle—logs, metrics, traces, and alerting. Participate in on-call support when needed and drive post-incident improvements.

✅ Strong Signals (Requirements)

• Experience: 10+ years of solid backend engineering experience.
• Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Pragmatism: You make architectural decisions based on business value, delivering in small, continuous increments.
• Automation Mindset: You proactively identify and reduce manual bottlenecks through automation.
• Location: Residing in the South or Southeast of Brazil is a requirement for this role.
